A highly biased and selective look at the college life of Teri

And so I skipped class on my third day of the semester. I think this is a record for me.

I can hear what some of you are saying: Senioritis.

I actually don't think that's the cause, though. It's largely because of my inability to fall asleep before 2am -- even on a night like last night, when I was dead tired. I really do need to fix this.

I'm sure the emotional exhaustion and preoccupation with other things probably has something to do with my lack of enthusiasm for school stuff, as well -- but what can you do? I promised myself that I would not let this leak over into my school work and attitude; I don't seem to be doing a very good job.

On the plus side, I skipped classes where attendance is not taken. And I do plan on attending my 3.30 class with Kevorkian. His class looks like it's going to be fascinating, as usual -- though more challenging as well, which is good. We're unfortunately located in a scary, half-hidden basement room of Mezes Hall -- since it's an honours course, I guess honours students need "special" rooms. Bleh, I say.

I need to do my reading for today, though. You know, I need a reading/books icon of some sort.

*wanders off*

ETA: Oh, screw it, might as well skip Kevorkian's class too. I'll send him an apologetic email later.
