A brief overview of possible future updates

Things I plan on blogging about in the near future:

I have somehow mysteriously developed a real, true social life in the past few weeks. Like, actually going out and stuff. Freaky, I know.

Leslie Cochran, our transvestite mayoral candidate, has taken to hanging out at our Starbucks. We are, er, so honoured to be graced by the presence of one of Austin's hometown mini-celebs. He really should do us all a favour and stick to A-line skirts -- they'd be a much more flattering look than the short ruffly thing. Some people want to know what his boobs are made of. Personally, I think I'm better off not knowing.

Today, after much, much grief -- including ten minutes of screaming breakdown -- I passed my shift supervisor panel interview. Don't worry, the breakdown came about an hour before I had to face the district managers.

Related to the above, Jon is at the moment my favorite person in the whole world. And he makes a fabulous cheesecake.

I will be singing karaoke next Tuesday. I'm pretty sure it'll be (get this) "Like A Prayer", which I was going to do tonight but they didn't get to my song in time. Possibly because I had to have three cranberry and vodkas before I would even consider putting my name and a song down on the request slip, and by that time it was getting a bit late.

Cranberry and vodka is good. Yum.

Party on Saturday. Lots of folks invited -- and I think most of my co-workers are going to drop by at some point. I seriously need to get a move on with the whole tidying house thing.

Have found what will probably be my new apartment. It's a nifty little loft-style thing. It's very cute, and closer to both work and school.

Summer school is in session. Both of my classes are distance learning. Hahahahaha!

Tomorrow, I will run my first real shift. I will make dumb mistakes. Yes, indeed.

Most of this lame post will probably never be explained in any greater detail.

We used to not have a life together, and now you went and got yourself a life and left me all alone.
