Well, I was extremely lucky today. As it turned out, our class was given an extension with the infamous chair, so I was actually able to stain the stupid thing, and it looks much better now, I must say. However, that is not to imply that I'm satisfied with it. But at least it's presentable.
But I'm hardly out of the woods: The next project is a lamp. A lamp that has to function. Like, with electricity. Help.
Interesting (and rather distressing) news from home: Remember at the beginning of summer, I mentioned certain employees who acted condescending in my workplace? Well, one of those people was arrested last night for stealing money from our coffee shop. Hundreds of dollars at least. After the pattern was discovered, said person confessed and shall be prosecuted by the State of Texas. Isn't that delightful? I miss out on all the fun.
