Randomness
I'm back. Tomball was all right. Mom seems to be recovering with little or no problems. All appears to be well.
I barely have a chance to catch my breath before I have to leave for work. Driving home in the morning and working in the afternoon is no fun.
Must return to T-town next Friday for a dental appointment. Also no fun.
Got a hair cut. Hair is a bit shorter, but much, much healthier. No more split ends!
Goal for the weekend: clean up my room (um, and the whole apartment) and put up the sconces and curtains I brought from the house. They match the couch, of course, because most of the apartment is furnished with hand-me-down stuff from Micki's and my parents' homes. Heh.
School starts on Tuesday. I should probably go invest in my books for the semester. An excuse for Half-Price Books, hurrah!
I found a $25 Barnes and Noble gift card tucked away in a drawer the other day. Clearly the fates are smiling upon me. Adrienne, want to go help me spend it on Monday?
After two posts like this in close succession, I should probably make an attempt to put something more thoughtful and interesting in this blog, you know? :)
