OK, today was a better day.
I'm still unconsciously attempting to kill myself (the stairs: my mortal enemy), or burn off my hands (spilled coffee all over myself again -- and no, it wasn't an extra-hot latte), but, I got my paycheck today and found out that I don't have to work on Sunday. Yay.
Also, my schedule for the upcoming week is 25 hours, which was my ideal number of hours in the first place, so I'm pleased with that too. But it gets better: Next week, the entire UT paleontology department is heading off to Oklahoma for some sort of convention, so I don't have a lab session on Tuesday, and there's no class on Thursday. Whoo! I can sleep in!
It's kind of sad that sleeping in holds that much pleasure for me. I'm looking forward to Thursday already...
Oh, and my big "no coffee at night" resolution lasted for two days. I am such an addict.
