A highly biased and selective look at the college life of Teri

So I've signed up for Starbucks health benefits now, which means that in October I can do spiffy things like get new glasses (and/or contacts -- I'm thinking about giving contacts a chance again, since I can get disposable ones now, which would make them a far more viable option than they were in my sophomore year of high school). In further good news, my therapist is on the list of covered mental health councellors, so I won't have to worry about that (well, aside from a copay) once it goes into effect. I'm also investing in Starbucks 401(k) plan, which makes me feel very Responsible and Adult.

I've been trying to start an account with Fidelity so that I can check and see if I have any Starbucks stock options to exercise. However, I can't seem to get started online because it won't verify my identity. Apparently Equifax doesn't want to believe that I am who I am, and this has led to some annoyance and concern. In any case, I'm going to have to harrass Starbucks and Fidelity in order to find out what I need to do.

In the condo-searching arena, I've browsed about online and have a couple of places I'd like to check out in person -- probably tomorrow, after my meeting with Deltina.

This whole "real world" business is rather weird, you know?
