Good news! Since I turned in the book that was presumed lost, the library will cancel the book replacement fee, which cuts my exorbitant fines in half. Fifty dollars is still a lot, of course, but it's much better than a hundred.
Still debating between American Lit and 18th c. Novel. I'm thinking of doing American, though, just to spite everyone who told me how much they detest the stuff. ;)
I just realised that next Friday is the last day of class. Then it's exams. Meep.
I need to write another story for Thursday. I want it to be a good one this time. You know, just once I would like a plot to come to me sometime before the Very Last Minute.
Oh, and a meme: Invent a memory of me and post it in the comments. It can be anything you want, so long as it's something that's never happened. Then, of course, post this to your journal and see what people would like to remember of you, only the universe failed to cooperate in making it happen so they had to make it up instead.
And now I should go read some Hrabal while I meditate on story ideas.
