Random Musings

A highly biased and selective look at the college life of Teri

I have been searching desperately through the events of the past week, but there hasn't been anything of any consequence that's worth a Random Musing. And that, folks, is the reason I thought I would give up on the blog. What can I say, I lead a fairly boring life.

Of course, I am blogging about having nothing to blog about, so I guess that's something. Or rather, it's nothing, isn't it?

I'm really striving to keep this thing vaguely associated with my college experiences, as opposed to being a collection of my online adventures. Ha ha. I'm failing miserably, aren't I? But at least it hasn't gotten to the point of being nothing more than Teri's Rant-O-Vision. Yet.

Speaking of Rant-O-Vision, friend and fellow fan fiction author R.J. Anderson recently asked why I wasn't using this thing for my rants -- the ones which I usually provide in chat, of course. Well, I actually did want it to be a continuation of sorts for the original "Random Musings" e-mail, which does not include long-winded dissertations about fan fiction, writing, and associated distractions or grievances. So, I'm trying to keep with the "Random Musings" theme, at least partly. Which makes college-related rants perfectly OK, although not necessarily as interesting.

But, I'll admit, I know a hopeless cause when I see one. I give myself about another week before I change the subtitle of the blog and give up on this "theme" business entirely. Hee. I am so predictable.
