A highly biased and selective look at the college life of Teri

I feel the overwhelming compulsion to squeal like a little girl.

I just got my last story back in Creative Writing. With some very critical comments -- critical in the good way, though. Then the commentary says:

I hope you understand that this is so much better than most of the other pieces that I can talk to you on a different level. You're beyond the nuts and bolts. This story needs subtleties.

Excellent writing. Fine story.

Oh, I give up, I can't keep it in any longer.

*squeals* Quietly, of course.

Since we didn't discuss the story in class, I'm going to e-mail him with any questions. It definitely needs some revision; more description, mostly, since I cut a lot of it in the interests of word-limits. But still... woo! I feel special.

It at least makes up for the 88 I got on my history test. Argh. I'm going to dispute a couple of things, in hopes that it might get me an extra two points.
