You know... it's been a sucky, sucky week.
In all honesty the two highlights of the week were getting my first A in creative writing, and the considerate e-mail from my writing prof that said, "We missed you in our class discussion today. I hope you're all right. Don't worry about the story; you can turn it in on Tuesday." Everything else has been nothing but blah. Or blech. Rather exhausting. I feel quite deflated in mind, body and spirit.
I hate being thrown so out of sorts. Especially as I was just getting to a point where, after months of emotional turmoil, I was beginning to feel a sense of normalcy again. Sigh.
I'm going to go make a valiant attempt at sleep now, I think. If I can manage to sleep with all this horrid congestion.
