It is only right that I should blog about this event. After all, it was front-page news today.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is scheduled to be released on June 21, 2003.
Oh, but this bit of glorious information is a little bittersweet for me. Guess where I will be on June 21?
That's right. I'll be painting scenery in Italy. And I won't be able to set eyes on the book until July 5 at least. The horror, the horror!
You can be assured, though, that one of my first orders of business once I leave Italy will be to get my hands on my very own copy of Order of the Phoenix. However, I will be sequestering myself away from online sources of information and spoilers once that magic date of June 21 arrives. So please don't revel in my two weeks of torture and leave spoilery comments on my blog or something. ;)
