My Christmas Wishlist: A meme!

My Christmas Wishlist

Do the meme in your blog or journal; then I can pick something from your wishlist and give it to you for Christmas!

ETA: I'm a moron. The above link is to a post that I locked due to the fact that it contains my home address. DUH.

Here is the explanation and rules of the meme. Here's my list, in no particular order:

1. Fanart for any of my fics. Fanart rocks. Or giftart of any sort. Art is cool.

2. A thoughtful, honest critique of a piece of my artwork. You can find my paintings at my DevArt Page. I'd say you could do the same for fanfic, except that I haven't written new fic in a while.

3. High quality watercolour paper.

4. Paint from RGH Artist Oil Paints. In the event that someone actually wants to buy me a jar of paint, e-mail me and I'll give you a list of the pigments I use most (or the ones that look so pretty that I must have them).

5. X-Files DVDs, anything from Seasons 2-6. I already have Season 1, and Seasons 7-9 are... well, let's just say I don't have much interest in seeing any of those episodes again.

6. A really cool Mulder and Scully icon. The only one I have is kind of lame and cliche. I mean, yes, Mulder/Scully is the OTP, but everyone knows that. Actually, any X-Files icon would be awesome.

7. Paid LJ time, and/or extra icon space. Not because I care about LJ's other paid features, but because I, like many others, have become addicted to icons. It's sad and pathetic.

8. Depeche Mode's Remixes 81-04. *drools*

9. An answer to the question, "So... what are you going to do after you graduate?" (Okay, so this is mostly a joke, but I like funny, creative answers so I don't have to say, "Um, I don't know?" all the time.)

10. A book I haven't read that you think I should read. Any book -- new, used, the extra copy from your shelf, e-book. Whatever works. And if nothing works, just a good recommendation is always welcome.

11. A prayer or hymn that you think is particularly moving and inspiring. Share it with me and tell me what you love about it. Alternately, a prayer book or religious text would be nice. I feel lately I'm lacking spiritually and would like to get back to God. Advent is a good time for that.

12. Chopsticks for my hair. I love them, but I'm down to one pair that hasn't snapped in the insanely thick mop on my head.

13. A list, with links, of your favourite post-OotP fanfics (not slash, though, please). I'll be looking forward to some fic reading in the near future.

14. A picture of one of your favourite pieces of art.

15. A laptop. (Yeah, I know that's not going to happen. But it is on my wishlist, technically.)

No one's obligated to do any of this, of course, but in the event that you need to know my home address, you can e-mail me.
