It always weirds me out a bit when people from high school stumble across my blog. I'm not sure why -- certainly it shouldn't come as a surprise considering that my name and place of residence are displayed quite prominently on this site. Maybe it gives me pause due to the fact that this rarely happens, or perhaps it's because those people knew me when I was a maladjusted sophomore trying to find a niche, and I've changed and grown so much (not to mention developed several new obsessions and neuroses) since then.
On the other hand, I suppose if an ex-Tomballite strays into my corner of the web via a Harry Potter search, then it's less of a shock. ;)
